How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping times will be dependant on shipping carrier, and location of the recipient.

For standard shipping within Australia, most parcels will arrive in 4-6 business days.
Express post within Australia will usually arrive in 1-4 business days.

Standard shipping to New Zealand will usually arrive in 8-13 business days.
Express post to New Zealand will usually arrive in 4-8 business days.

Standard shipping to the UK, US and Canada will usually arrive in 10-15 business days.

All estimates are between major metro areas. All shipping is of course subject to delays with postal services.

Items are typically posted within 3 business days of purchase.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Vesta Jewellery currently offers international shipping to New Zealand, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
If you are in another country and would like to make an order, get in touch and we can discuss shipping to your country.

What is your return policy? 

Vesta Jewellery will honour some repairs and re-oxidisation services with postage at the cost of the purchaser, no returns of jewellery will be accepted for only change of mind.
All purchases are otherwise bound by Australian Consumer Law.
