How long will my custom piece or made to order item take?

Custom pieces and made to order items will usually take between 2-4 weeks to be completed. Custom pieces can take longer depending on the design process.

If you need it fast tracked for a special date, let me know in the order notes or via email and I can try and get it to you quicker.

If for any reason your order will take longer than expected, I will get in touch.


How do I care for my item?

Wash gently with a mild soap. An old toothbrush is a great option for cleaning your jewellery!
Avoid contact with personal care products and remember to take it off before you shower or go swimming.
All items with an oxide, will eventually fade. Get in contact to arrange a re-oxide or polishing service.

Sterling silver, copper and brass will all tarnish over time. Most items are Renaissance Wax to help to prevent this. But it is not forever.
Polishing cloths, bicarbonate soda and silver polishing products are options you can use to bring it back to life.

Where do you ship?

Currently Vesta Jewellery ships to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
If you live elsewhere in the world, get in touch and we can discuss shipping to your country.

Do you accept returns?

Returns for change of mind are not accepted. If you have an issue with your product, get in contact and we can try and resolve your issue.
Otherwise all returns are bound by Australian Consumer Law.

What materials do you use?

In currently use high quality 925 sterling silver, 935 Argentium silver, gold, copper, brass and natural gemstones in my pieces.
There may be some expansion into enamel and more gemstone pieces in the future, so stay tuned!
